Freezing Florals

GoodWill floral cardigan, GoodWill dress, Thrifted scarf and belt, borrowed momma's tights, The Shoe Department boots, gifted gold bracelet from my love
Hello dolls! It was freezing cold and dreary today (my favorite kind of days) so I decided to brighten up the day by pulling out my floral cardigan and bright pink dress! It definitely wasn't a smart move though, because both everything I was wearing (but my boots) were thin as ice! I was freezing! So, excuse my irritated face in these photos- my hands were numb, I was tired, the sun was going down on me, the wind was blowing my dress over my head, and now I have a killer headache. Blah!

On a happier note, the only Christmas decorating I have managed so far is throwing a wreath on the door and wrapping garland around my mom's mantle. Haven't had time to put up the tree or even attempt to get it down from the attic... and untangle the hundreds of millions of lights... ugh.

  1. Yes definitely looks like you're lacking a few more layers with that cold (or how cold it looks I should say!). You look super adorable at least though, love that cardi & esp that its' thrifted & great scarf too. love how colorful you are but still super "fall." & we've done zero Christmas decorating & still have Thanksgiving stuff out, so you beat us at least! : )

  10. Oh I know...I want to go out and get a tree and start decorating so badly right now!! First, we must get out of these boxes though...darn, moving! Anyhow...flowers in the wintertime are my favorite, especially when paired with dark tights and boots. So so pretty for this dreary weather.
